About Us
A few years ago an idea began to take shape – that we would like to live away from the stresses of work and the UK – a simpler and more fulfilling lifestyle, but still within Europe.
Our first thoughts were of France. However, we soon found out that our pound did not go as far as we would like!
That is initially why we chose to look in Bulgaria. We arrived knee-deep in snow on our first visit in February 2004 and were amazed by the beauty of the Country. The people were fantastic and their hospitality second to none. It did not take us long to realise that this was a far better choice than France!
We returned several times and spent two long summers in Sarnino and Vasilevo and made many Bulgarian friends. All our plans finally came to fruition and we moved to Bulgaria, with Casper our golden retriever, in the Winter of 2006/07.
We are ex-college lecturers in hotel and catering and therefore feel that we have the expertise to make your stay a memorable one. If you choose to stay bed and breakfast, half board or fully inclusive at Vasilevo in 2009, we will ensure that you will receive the highest standards of hospitality and service, with a family touch. If peace and tranquillity in Sarnino is your choice, then we will ensure you have everything on hand to make your stay comfortable. Our apartments in Sunny Beach are a great choice for those who enjoy the factilities of a lively resort and we are available to ensure you have a good time here.
