Bulgarian Friends
We have made many friends whilst visiting and living in Bulgaria. You will find the Bulgarians genuinely hospitable people, especially in rural areas, and it is not unusual for them to invite you into their homes to share a drink (usually rakir, the local plum brandy) and something to eat.
If you are planning to search for or buy a property in Bulgaria, then we have developed contacts with Agents and builders whom we trust. We can also help by escorting you on visits, providing transport or arranging for a local translator.
